Role & responsibilities As Cluster Head, you will oversee the sales team and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded by the team collectively by guiding & mentoring them. You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will also monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives & to increase revenue and profitability. Manage and lead the Sales Team, providing guidance, coaching & support to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals align with overall business objectives. Analyse sales data and provide insights to senior management. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, develop and manage sales budgets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Preferred candidate profile 10-20 years experience in real estate sales Masters in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field Proven sales leader with a strong track record Skilled in team leadership, strategy, and execution Tech-savvy with expertise in brand, market insights, and budgeting Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and high EQ Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Self-starter with sound judgment and high integrity Excellent time management and multitasking skills Adaptive, collaborative, and growth-focused with an ownership mindset
