Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to lead our retail institutions and government banking team in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of retail institutions and government banking.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements
