Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our retail institutions and government banking operations in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and management, with 10-15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of retail institutions and government banking branches.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and increase business growth.
Supervise and guide branch staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
