Cluster Head

• Lead the overall functioning of the center(s) — covering admissions, operations, and administration.
• Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and lead-generation activities to achieve monthly admission targets.
• Drive enrollment growth through effective counseling, student engagement, and conversion strategies.
• Manage a team of branch managers, counselors, and operations staff, ensuring productivity and motivation.
• Maintain operational excellence — from student onboarding to academic and service quality delivery.
• Review P&L performance, budgeting, and financial reporting of centers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, lead funnels, and team performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with corporate, academic, and regional departments for smooth functioning of all processes.
• Ensure compliance with institutional standards, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Foster a customer-first culture to enhance parent satisfaction and student retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
