Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Head located in Nagpur. The Cluster Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the cluster, ensuring alignment with business targets and company objectives. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, managing teams, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring compliance with credit quality standards. The Cluster Head will also play a strategic role in implementing operational efficiencies, fostering team development, and ensuring outstanding customer service delivery across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, such as team management, operational oversight, and staff development
• Strong business acumen, including strategic decision-making and achieving financial targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective customer relationship management and team coordination
• Experience in credit operations and knowledge of risk assessment in the financial services domain
• Proficiency in implementing operational processes and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple branches and prioritizing competing demands
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus
• Experience in the financial sector, particularly in lending to small and micro-enterprises, is advantageous
