Cluster Head

Job Title:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cluster Head to lead our B2B business operations. The role involves driving new partner acquisitions, managing client relationships, and leading a sales and support team to achieve revenue targets in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by enrolling new partners (Brokers).
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
• Drive revenue through both new business development and existing client growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Adjust strategies to optimize revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and training skills.
• Strong business development and sales abilities.
• Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification: NISM Series V-A (mandatory).
