Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Cluster Head will lead and oversee multiple transmission line construction projects across the Bhuj region, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. The role involves end-to-end execution leadership, coordination with clients, and proactive resolution of site challenges including ROW, logistics, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Support Project Managers executing multiple EPC transmission line projects
Drive achievement of project milestones and overall cluster completion targets.
Monitor progress, quality, and cost adherence across sites; ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution.
Manage and resolve local challenges effectively.
Oversee local procurement, vendor performance, and labour deployment (including gang leaders).
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.
Foster teamwork, discipline, and accountability across the cluster.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Electrical / Civil Engineering (preferred).
2025 years of experience in transmission line / substation EPC project execution.
Proven leadership in managing multiple project sites and large field teams.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
