Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and business targets in the equity market segment. - Drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion through personalized investment solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients. - Monitor equity market trends, analyze industry data, and provide insights to the team. - Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines in all transactions and operations.
