Job Description

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Listen, understand, and analyze business requirements
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible experience when supporting teams and monitoring health of the cloud ecosystem
Manage a pipeline of widely varying projects related to customer go-live events on cloud infrastructure (network, storage, services, etc.)
Establish process, governance, and working agreements to enable India–North America collaboration
Set up scrum/processes to drive team delivery and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to define and prepare the scope of work
Translate Yearly/Quarterly initiatives into measurable OKRs & KPIs
Plan and track effort, tasks, and resources with tower TPMs; report project status
Handle team onboarding/offboarding processes
Possess strong tech stack and system design knowledge
Take ownership to remove team impediments

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Represent the team in various forums
Liaise with Managed Services Partners for L1/L2 support, Cloud Engineering, and Product Development to ensure consistency and resolution during go-live
Define, document, and implement best practices for program management
Help customers adopt best practices in advanced cloud-based solutions
Participate in diverse project teams with varied working styles
Manage, prioritize, and provide visibility/status updates to stakeholders
Identify and adopt tools to support evolving processes
Maintain relationships across the customer organization—including project teams, contributors, and executive leadership
Build trusted relationships with customers and prospects by understanding objectives and gathering feedback
