Most programmes that we develop include hand-on labs to support the learner in their journey towards mastery of their new subjects Roles and Responsibilities : Perform backend QA testing for Google Cloud-based labs to ensure functionality, accuracy, and learner usability. Update lab manuals and instructional content to align with changes in Google Cloud UI, CLI commands, and services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported via Buganizer, including command mismatches and lab execution failures. Monitor ongoing changes in cloud services and proactively apply updates to impacted labs. Debug and maintain Terraform and shell scripts for provisioning and startup of pre-created lab resources. Collaborate with developers and support teams to ensure labs meet quality standards and learner expectations. Leverage certifications in Terraform, GCP, and AWS to ensure technically sound lab design and QA processes. Qualifications and Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 1 year of experience in a Cloud Engineer role within a GCP environment, with hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, services, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including CLI tools and console navigation. Experience with basic Terraform and shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for infrastructure automation and lab provisioning. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Buganizer, Jira). Ability to test, debug, and validate technical training content or infrastructure-as-code resources. Skilled in identifying and resolving content-related bugs, command mismatches, and lab execution issues. Show more Show less
