Role: Senior Developer – Amazon Connect Tech Lead Location : Bangalore Experience : 6+ years Designation : Senior Developer / Tech Lead – Amazon Connect Key Focus : AWS Contact Center | Amazon Connect | Salesforce SCV | DevOps Role Overview : We are seeking a Senior Developer / Tech Lead with deep expertise in Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem , capable of designing and deploying modern cloud contact center solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice , manage AWS infrastructure, and lead CI/CD implementations.
