Role: Senior Developer – Amazon Connect Tech Lead Location : Bangalore Experience : 6+ years Designation : Senior Developer / Tech Lead – Amazon Connect Key Focus : AWS Contact Center | Amazon Connect | Salesforce SCV | DevOps Role Overview : We are seeking a Senior Developer / Tech Lead with deep expertise in Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem , capable of designing and deploying modern cloud contact center solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice , manage AWS infrastructure, and lead CI/CD implementations. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and configuration of Amazon Connect (contact flows, queues, routing profiles, agent hierarchy) Build backend logic using AWS Lambda with Java or Python Integrate with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and other CRM platforms Implement voice/chat bots using Amazon Lex Monitor and log using AWS CloudWatch and manage permissions with IAM Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines with Terraform or CloudFormation Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integration frameworks Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development sprints Required Skills : 6–8 years of development experience with strong focus on Amazon Connect Hands-on with AWS tools: Lambda, Lex, CloudWatch, IAM Programming in Java, Python, JavaScript , and Node.js Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , Infrastructure as Code tools ( Terraform , CloudFormation ) Experience in Salesforce SCV integration Proficient in REST API design and integration Agile methodology experience with good communication and collaboration skills Show more Show less
