Cloud Architect

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design full Copilot + Purview AI Governance architectures including security, data protection, governance, and ROI alignment.
• Build AdaptOps aligned blueprints covering readiness assessments, rollout planning, dashboards, automation, and AI governance councils.
• Architect end-to-end Copilot adoption frameworks including identity, licensing, security baselines, application configurations, and usage analytics.
• Design ROI dashboards using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, Search 365, and custom telemetry models.
• Map client business processes into AI-powered workflows using Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients and translate findings into HLDs, LLDs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure architecture designs follow Microsoft best practices including Copilot Control System, Purview AI Hub, IRM, DLP, and sensitivity labeling.
• Architect integrations for custom agents, plugins, extensions, and workflow automations within the M365 ecosystem.
• Build reusable, scalable solution templates for enterprise, system integrator, government, and regulated industry clients.
• Act as the technical point-of-contact for AdoptifyAI engagements and ensure all solutions are secure, measurable, and high-impact.
  

Required Skillsets

• Strong experience in cloud architecture, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and modern workplace technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Copilot for M365, Purview, identity governance, and AI governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in designing secure cloud architectures with IRM, DLP, Conditional Access, and sensitivity labeling.
• Experience in building automation using Power Platform, Graph APIs, and workflow tools.
• Knowledge of creating telemetry dashboards and analytics using M365 Admin Center and Viva Insights.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, licensing models, security baselines, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to perform business process mapping and convert requirements into AI-driven workflows.
• Excellent documentation skills for HLD, LLD, solution blueprints, and implementation guides.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities for technical workshops and stakeholder interactions.
• Experience in designing scalable solutions for enterprise and regulated environments.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-305, SC-100, MS-102, AI-related certifications) are an advantage.
