As a Closing Manager in Real Estate Sales, your role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance. You will be responsible for closing deals efficiently through periodic follow-ups, building and maintaining strong client relationships for satisfaction, staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, managing the closing process with accurate paperwork, and achieving business targets within the stipulated time frame. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance. - Close deals efficiently with periodic follow-ups. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. - Manage the closing process with accurate paperwork. - Achieve business targets within the stipulated time frame. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of Real Estate experience required. - Professional appearance and demeanor required. - Strong negotiation and closing skills necessary. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential. Please note that the work location for this role is in person at Neral. Weekend availability is required for this full-time, permanent position.,
