As a Transaction Manager in Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the closing process for real estate sales transactions. This includes coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful closings. Your role will involve reviewing and preparing all necessary legal documents, contracts, and closing paperwork in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. You will be tasked with verifying buyer financing and mortgage approvals, confirming earnest money deposits, and coordinating with lenders to ensure the timely disbursement of funds for closing transactions. As the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the closing process, you will provide clear and timely communication, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee post-closing activities such as distributing closing documents, keys, and relevant information to buyers. You will also be responsible for completing any outstanding tasks or obligations related to the transaction. Quality checks and audits of closing documents and procedures will be conducted by you to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have proven experience in the real estate industry. A strong understanding of real estate contracts, title insurance, and closing procedures is essential. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines are required. Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and the Microsoft Office suite is also necessary. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach, will be beneficial in this role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals is also a key aspect of this position.
