Closing Manager - Real Estate

As a Transaction Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the closing process for real estate sales transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Transaction Management**: - Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful closings. - **Documentation and Compliance**: - Review and prepare all necessary legal documents, contracts, and closing paperwork in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - **Financial Clearance**: - Verify buyer financing and mortgage approvals, confirm earnest money deposits, and coordinate with lenders for timely fund disbursement. - **Communication and Customer Service**: - Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved, providing clear communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues for a positive customer experience. - **Post-Closing Activities**: - Manage the distribution of closing documents, keys, and relevant information to buyers, and ensure completion of outstanding tasks related to the transaction. - **Quality Assurance**: - Conduct quality checks and audits of closing documents and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
