Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle hot and warm leads with timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits, virtual tours, and client meetings.
  • Address client queries on pricing, inventory, payment plans, and documentation.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage objections professionally.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure smooth deal closures with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and sales teams for seamless post-sale handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, visits, conversions, and feedback.
  • Share client insights with marketing and sourcing teams to improve lead quality.
  • Meet monthly closure and revenue targets.

Required Skills

  • Experience in real estate sales or closing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and manage high-value transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
