VP Engineering - Civil

You will be responsible for managing engineering functions across various residential and commercial sites. Leading a team of 25+ members will be part of your role to ensure the smooth execution of projects. It will be essential to coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to align on project objectives. Compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards will be one of your key priorities. Monitoring budgets, optimizing costs, and mitigating project risks are crucial aspects of the job. Utilizing software tools like AutoCAD for design reviews and project planning will also be part of your responsibilities. Candidates applying for this position must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing engineering functions for large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, while a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred and would be considered an added advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position. The benefits include Provident Fund, and weekend availability may be required. A performance bonus is also part of the compensation package.
