Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager, located in Gurugram. The Closing Manager will handle the day-to-day tasks associated with closings, funding, and managing the end-to-end closing process. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, overseeing mortgage lending processes, and ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and complete. Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Closings and Funding
• Knowledge of Sales and Loans
• Familiarity with Mortgage Lending processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
