Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru North for a Closing Manager. The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring that all documents are accurately prepared and executed. Daily tasks include coordinating with various parties, managing funding processes, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending guidelines. The role also involves liaising with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and handling any issues that arise during the loan closing process.

Qualifications

• Experience with Closings and Funding processes
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Mortgage Lending
• Skilled in handling Loans and associated documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
