Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager based in Kalyan. The Closing Manager will oversee and execute the closing process for real estate transactions. Responsibilities include ensuring all funding requirements are met, managing loan and mortgage documentation, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Closing Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless and efficient transaction processes while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Closings and Funding processes
• Experience in Sales and client engagement within the real estate or related sectors
• Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in real estate transaction management is advantageous
