Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Clinical Trial Associate. The Clinical Trial Associate will support the execution of clinical trials, including preparing and maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF), managing informed consent documentation, coordinating clinical operations, and contributing to research activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assisting in the overall management of clinical trial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Informed Consent processes and maintaining Trial Master File (TMF)
• Understanding of Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations management
• Experience in Research and supporting clinical study teams
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and clinical research methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field
• Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in clinical trials or research coordination is a plus
