Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Need support in flexible hours
Collection and distribution of centralized reports
Support the maintenance, update, and creation of service descriptions and all associated meta data in the Service Description library
Template creation/management for communication (including presentations, meetings etc)
Generate, reconcile, and share reports and metrics related to flex requests
LT presentations and external meetings, contents creation and document control
Manage access to relevant sites for user community and maintain distribution lists
Support in data preparation and tracking

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a CTA(Clinical Trial Associate)
comfortable with Excel, Power BI (can train as needed)
Immediate Joiner Only
Expertise in Project management, process improvement, operational excellence
Proficient in organization and project planning skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in developing presentations and presenting key information to stakeholders.
Proficient in independent time management.
Ability to understand key information required to plan and track deliverables and timelines.
Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and to prioritize and respond to changing needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other systems and technologies skills
