Clinical Application Specialist

As a Clinical Applications Specialist focusing on CP, CA, and Advanced Hemodynamics Monitoring, your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and execute clinical programs aimed at promoting the concepts of ECMO, Counter Pulsation therapy, and AdMon. You will play a crucial role in conducting in-service education programs for both new and existing users, with the goal of enhancing confidence levels and maximizing the utilization of ECMO, IABP, and AdMon. Your duties will involve providing essential information to physicians and allied health professionals through discussions and detailed presentations on the latest clinical trials. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering product support to users through various channels, be it in person, in writing, or verbally. In situations requiring immediate attention, you will extend patient support on short notice. Furthermore, you will be tasked with delivering product training to both the internal Sales and Marketing team and external end users. Managing customer visits and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders will also fall within your purview. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Perfusion and possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related domain, along with a background and familiarity with the relevant portfolio. Your success in this position will be supported by your excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint, and a flair for public speaking. A willingness to travel, self-driven attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team are also essential traits for this role.,
