Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in clinical training or application support, with a strong background in capital equipment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for doctors, technicians, internal sales teams, and distributors.
Conduct joint fieldwork with the sales team, including FLC, GSS, and PSS, for a minimum of 10 days per quarter.
Provide pre-sales physical demos, technical meetings, and post-sales physical training to clients.
Lead partnership projects for LoopEX, Integra, Medtronics, and Intuitive.
Collaborate with medical affairs on non-promotional activities and support RA & Marketing on product registrations.
Offer virtual distributor and sales training once per month and serve as a CME speaker once per quarter.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in clinical training or application support.
Strong knowledge of capital equipment and medical devices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Medical background is preferred.
Experience working with sales teams, including FLC, GSS, and PSS.
Experience leading partnership projects for various companies.
Experience providing training to doctors, technicians, internal sales teams, and distributors.
Experience conducting joint fieldwork with the sales team for a minimum of 10 days per quarter.
