Clinical Application Specialist

As a Clinical Training Specialist at Draeger, your role will involve organizing and conducting clinical training for Draeger product users and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) during new equipment purchases. You will be responsible for planning marketing activities, participating in Continuing Medical Education (CME), organizing promotional activities, demonstrations, and training for distributors. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in maximizing sales by developing sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and profit. - Provide information to the sales force about user habits, needs, and recommendations. - Collect competitive information, understand user sensitivity, and inform sales and marketing. - Act as a consultant for users, spending quality time in operating rooms (OR) or Intensive Care Units (ICU), and maintaining specific contacts in various accounts. - Manage demo equipment and handover equipment to users. - Organize local events based on techniques and therapy to support Draeger solutions. - Provide post-sales clinical training, promote Draeger accessories and disposables, and offer state-of-the-art clinical knowledge to medical staff. - Train as a modality demo expert and develop user clinical application knowledge with the modality manager. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to develop expertise in Electrical Impulse Tomography and Electronic Charting System and serve as a users" application consultant. Qualifications Required: - Education: Engineering Graduate or related field. - Experience: 5 years or more of experience with Draeger products. - Skills: Good communication skills.
