Key duties and responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: Provide information to Physicians & Allied Health Professionals by discussing / detailing the latest clinical trials. Conduct In-service education programs for new and existing users to improve confidence and maximize usage of ECMO, IABP and AdMon. Provide product support to users either in person, or by written or verbal means. To extend patient support at short notice. Product training to Sales and Marketing team internally and end users (externally) Support the respective Region to achieve Sales budget for respective division. Support Technical Discussions / Negotiations Training Support: Responsible for Training Front line / Regional Sales in CP, CA and AdMon product line. Initiate/Conduct/Facilitate internal product and Technical Training for Sales and other team members/Distributors to meet Internal & external guidelines. Conducting operational training to end user, follow-up trainings and troubleshooting. Sales Support: Hand hold and develop new sales representatives on priority to ensure that they are confident in promoting the product to the customers. Support the respective Region to achieve Sales budget for the respective division. Attend or at times drive technical & product discussions. To closely work with Sales team to introduce and promote to Consultants / Surgeons / Technicians / Purchase authorities during all pre and post sales activities. Other: Track Regional sales of the division. Maintain & Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to address areas of concern in consultation with the Product Manager CP CA AdMon. Handling complaint related to products from customers on Equipments/Consumables and co-ordinate with appropriate person for feedback and resolution. Other duties as assigned by seniors/management to support team. Manage Customer Visits. Quality System Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented. Education or qualifications Bachelors degree in Perfusion Minimum 1-2 years experience in related domain. Background and experience in related portfolio Good knowledge of Assist devices and its applications. It is 30 beds unit (CCICU + Step down) run as a closed unit by qualified full-time intensivists experienced local and internationally. With advanced facilities like high end ventilators, CRRT, Plasma exchange, IABP, ECMO services. It is first center to develop independent full time ECMO in our region (completed 29 cases in last two years). Running Critical Care courses in collaboration with Indian Society Critical Care (IDCCM, CTCCM, IDCCN). Two-year Critical Care Fellowship program by SDM University. Critical Care DM program for the upcoming year. SDM is a Super-Specialty unit with Renal transplant team, Advanced Hematology, Nephrology, Urology, Neuro- Surgical, Endocrine and Rheumatology teams enabling a wide case mix. Number of vacancies: 10 Eligiblity Criteria: MD/DNB/Diploma in General Medicine, Anastasia, Emergency Medicine, Pulmonology. Teaching/Clinical experience desirable but not mandatory. Job Description: 42 Hours/ Week Shift Duties/ Night Duties (8 AM - 2 PM || 2PM - 8PM || 8PM - 8AM) Compensatory Offs & leaves as per institute protocol.
