Clinic Manager

The Hospital Manager at Swastik ENT and Skin Clinic is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of the clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between ENT and dermatology departments. The role includes managing staff, patient services, appointments, procedures, inventory, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The manager acts as a bridge between patients, medical professionals, and support teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-centric care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinic operations, staff scheduling, and workflow efficiency. Ensure smooth patient registration, billing, and appointment management. Monitor waiting times and implement systems to improve patient experience. Coordinate between ENT and dermatology departments for resource sharing and procedure planning. Supervise pharmacy, reception, and nursing staff for service quality and discipline. Maintain and update SOPs for appointments, procedures, and emergencies. Handle patient grievances, feedback, and service recovery. Ensure stock management for consumables, medicines, and medical equipment. Maintain medical and administrative records in line with compliance norms. Liaise with vendors, labs, insurance companies, and maintenance providers. Assist in marketing activities, awareness camps, and promotional drives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and handle high patient volumes with calmness and efficiency. Familiarity with medical software and clinic management systems.
