Clinic Manager

As the Manager in the Aesthetic/Clinical Industry, your role will involve directing all operational aspects, including distribution operations, administration, and sales. It will be imperative to assess local market conditions to identify current and prospective sales opportunities that align with achieving sales targets. Your responsibility will be to meet set goals and metrics while ensuring the branch's personnel perform at their best through training, coaching, development, and motivation. Additionally, networking to enhance the branch and company's presence and reputation will be a crucial aspect of your job. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Manager in the Aesthetic/Clinical Industry. A solid understanding of Aesthetic, Sales, market analysis, and related concepts is required. Strong communication, negotiation, managerial, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Beauty or Clinic management. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift and Morning shift schedule. The work location is in Hubli City, Karnataka, and candidates must be willing to commute or relocate before starting work.
