Clinic Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Clinic Manager to join our team at New Friends Colony. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, managing walk-in clients, handling sales calls, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will play a key role in growing revenue, building client relationships, and supporting clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals
• Maintain the general functioning of the clinic
• Supervision of clinic hygiene and maintenance.
• Handle walk-in clients with professionalism and empathy
• Conduct consultations and explain services/treatments
• Maintain and update CRM with client follow-ups and status
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth client journeys
• Monitor feedback and ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate with the doctors, and team

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for client service
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Experience with CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
