Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is a global B2B platform helping wine, spirits, beer, and beverage brands grow through competitions, trade shows, distribution support, advertising, and data services. BTN operates globally with customers across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia, supporting beverage brands in gaining distribution, visibility, and sales.


Position Overview:


As a Client Success & Marketing Manager – BTN Services, you will take full ownership of delivering BTN's services to clients. This includes managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and generating leads by directly contacting buyers like importers, distributors, and retailers. This is an on-site role based in Vadodara, designed for someone who thrives in a client-facing, delivery-focused, and marketing-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients and take full ownership of service delivery for BTN’s services including BTN Distribution Service, BTN Supplier Service, BTN Data Service, advertising campaigns, and sponsorships. You will manage client onboarding, timelines, delivery tracking, and ensure all deliverables are met while providing regular client updates and progress reports. You’ll also be responsible for handling and resolving client issues proactively.


On the marketing side, you will design and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns to promote client brands, conduct Zoom calls, organize client interviews and podcasts, and support webinars to drive attendee participation. Additionally, you will build lead lists of importers, distributors, and retailers, craft outreach content, and manage tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms.


For lead generation, you will make outbound calls to qualified buyers to introduce client products, generate leads, and set up meetings between buyers and clients as part of the BTN Distribution Service. You will also be responsible for follow-ups with buyers via email and phone to support client lead generation goals.


Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in client service, account management, marketing, or sales. You must have strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls. Proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn outreach is essential.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Prior experience in media, marketing agencies, or B2B services is a plus.
