Job Description

Job Title: Client Success Manager (CSM)

Role Overview:
The CSM is the primary liaison ensuring clients derive maximum value from our products/services, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term success. They bridge the gap between client needs and company solutions, acting proactively to prevent issues and maximize adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through setup, product adoption, and initial success milestones.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and strong, lasting relationships.
  • Proactive Support: Monitor customer health, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Retention & Churn Prevention: Identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retain clients.
  • Growth Opportunities: Partner with Sales to identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Voice of Customer: Gather feedback, analyze it, and communicate insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success, adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 + years Experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of the product and relevant industry.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, support, and product.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
