Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Client Success Manager will ensure optimal client satisfaction and retention by maintaining strong relationships with client accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing client communications, understanding client needs, resolving challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and solutions that meet business objectives while supporting clients in achieving their goals.

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create positive client experiences and deliver top-level support.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Proven skills in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to establish and maintain long-lasting client partnerships.
• Problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for addressing client questions and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Experience in or knowledge of the Alco-bev, F&B, or Hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
