Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients/accounts
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and issues
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve experience
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with customers

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
