Accounts & Admin Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 3-4 years Tipple Works Co. – Full-service Marketing & Creative Agency About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Admin Executive to join our growing team at Tipple Works Co. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day accounts, vendor coordination, and administrative operations to help our creative team stay focused and efficient. Key Responsibilities Accounts: Handle day-to-day accounting operations (Zoho/Excel/Sheets based) Manage client and vendor invoicing, billing, and follow-ups Track payments received and pending; maintain monthly revenue trackers Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and monthly compliance filings Process reimbursements, retainers, and staff salaries on time Admin: Oversee vendor contracts, documentation, and agency agreements Maintain office supplies, subscriptions, and admin purchases Support with onboarding new employees (document collection, ID creation, etc.) Organize internal records and ensure filing discipline Manage logistics, and event-based admin coordination Requirements 3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or administration Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting tools like Zoho is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good verbal and written communication Prior agency experience is a bonus (not mandatory) Show more Show less
