About the Role

Accounts & Admin Executive


Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations (Zoho/Excel/Sheets based)
  • Manage client and vendor invoicing, billing, and follow-ups
  • Track payments received and pending; maintain monthly revenue trackers
  • Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and monthly compliance filings
  • Process reimbursements, retainers, and staff salaries on time

Admin:

  • Oversee vendor contracts, documentation, and agency agreements
  • Maintain office supplies, subscriptions, and admin purchases
  • Support with onboarding new employees (document collection, ID creation, etc.)
  • Organize internal records and ensure filing discipline
  • Manage logistics, and event-based admin coordination

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or administration
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting tools like Zoho is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Prior agency experience is a bonus (not mandatory)
