Position Overview In this full-time role, based in Gurugram. We are looking for individuals who are

highly motivated, adaptable, have good communication skills and eager to learn. This role will provide

you with valuable experience and the chance to work on exciting projects within our client success

team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building long-term relationships with clients
• Build relationships with key employees among clients
• Addressing clients concerns and complaints
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management, operations) to address clients’ needs creating a profitable venture with 400+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination
