Client Success Executive

As a Business Development Executive for automation services, your role involves actively driving sales efforts in focus regions such as the US, Australia, and India within the Financial services vertical. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns through multiple channels to drive traffic for potential prospecting. - Actively connecting with identified leads through emails and calls within your market to establish initial connections and schedule meetings for the solution team. - Ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities by nurturing relationships with potential prospects towards successful deal closures. - Identifying potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations. - Researching and building relationships with prospects and existing clients for referrals and new opportunities. - Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales. - Conducting regular competitive analysis to develop unique selling propositions. - Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT is mandatory. - Excellent communication skills are mandatory. - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in US and Australia markets. - Preferably good experience in promoting and selling software products and services. - Willingness to travel. This position reports directly to the Head of Operations and offers potential growth opportunities into lead roles.,
