About the Role

Junior Marketing Executive

You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in content creation, manage social media platforms, and help coordinate events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Create and edit content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (e.g., posting, monitoring engagement).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Help coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to ensure brand consistency.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or project experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing team.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager.
• Content writing or graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
