What You’ll Be Doing

Studio Bookings & Guest Coordination

• Coordinate podcast studio bookings with confirmed guests
• Communicate schedules and ensure seamless studio operations

Front-Facing Hospitality Role

• Be the warm, welcoming face for in-studio guests, collaborators, and potential clients
• Handle visitor experience with professionalism and charm

Social Media Scheduling & Management

• Work closely with the content team to schedule, post, and manage in-house social media content
• Help shape our online voice and aesthetic
