Job Description

As a Client Solution Manager at MSH, you will have a significant role in shaping the growth strategy of the Resource Management division. This position goes beyond traditional sales, requiring strategic business leadership skills to act as a consultative partner to senior executives. Your responsibilities will include expanding the client base, deepening existing relationships, and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels. By focusing on sustainable growth, innovation, and client success, you will play a central role in positioning MSH as the preferred staffing partner for industry leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Client Engagement: Build trust with C-suite and senior leadership by aligning MSH's solutions with client business goals. - Business Growth: Develop and implement long-term strategies to expand market share and establish MSH as a premier staffing partner. - Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and provide tailored solutions for client success, ensuring scalability and cost optimization. - Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs). - Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development in the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge. - Market & Competitive Intelligence: Utilize industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and discover new revenue streams. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate MSH's service offerings and ensure seamless representation. - Operational Excellence: Manage pipeline, documentation, invoicing, and compliance with discipline for transparency and scalability. - Performance Accountability: Meet business growth targets consistently and contribute to MSH's overall revenue strategy. Requirements: - 10-20 years of experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a focus on domestic IT staffing. - Expertise in the GCC market with strong networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises. - Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving significant growth portfolios. - Solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. - Strong skills in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining a long-term strategic focus. - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
