Role: Client Servicing

Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand vision to provide strategic recommendations.

2. Project & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution across internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, production).
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content, events, and activations without compromising quality.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.

3. Strategic Planning & Consultation

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement metrics.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance client campaigns and brand presence.
  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs for creative, strategy, and digital teams.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular status updates, performance reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements or optimizations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services based on client needs.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, strategy, production, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Act as the client advocate internally, ensuring that expectations are managed realistically.

6. Team Leadership & Mentorship (for Senior Roles)

  • Guide junior account executives and coordinators in client handling and project management.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives to improve the client servicing function.

Qualifications:


Must-Haves:

  • 1-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within advertising, digital marketing, or branding agencies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with B2C, B2B, or celebrity/entertainment clients.
  • Knowledge of campaign metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing platforms, and content production processes.
  • Experience mentoring junior account team members.
