About the Entity

Stone Soup is a coffee-scented, pet-friendly agency based in Mumbai. A full-service creative solutions agency that has worked with over 100 brands, start-ups, NGO’s, initiatives & individuals across the globe.


Responsibilities:

  • Management

- Conducting job list meetings daily and ensuring everybody’s task for the day has been complete

- Tracking job list and identifying pain points, and coming up with solutions to rectify the same

- Inducting new executives on Client Servicing SOPs

- Managing a team of Client Servicing Executives and arming them in a way to be accountable for their own brands

- Managing escalation that takes place on your team’s brands

  • Client Communication

- Building and maintaining client relationships

- Clear understanding and comprehension of client briefs

- Timely delivery of requirements to clients

- Thorough understanding of the brand and the brand’s POC

- Inducting new clients based on Stone Soup's SOPs

  • Team Operations

- Clear and crisp communication of client brief to Social Media team

- Ensuring the pointers of the brief are executed in the final deliverables

- Thorough review of deliverables

- Building and maintaining relationships with the team

- Quality Check of Hygiene Content deck and other deliverables (Ads, campaign decks, etc.)

- Reviewing and Quality Check of Social Media Performance Reports monthly

  • Influencer Outreach

- Identifying influencers for brands

- Outreach and communication to get the best out of the influencers

- Maintaining reports on deliverables and insights for influencer collaboration

- Quality check of influencer content and communication of feedback


Requirements

  • 4-5 years at a Digital Advertising Agency.
  • Time management and process oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills. Effective listening and comprehension.
  • Result-oriented mindset and the ability to think on their feet.
  • Seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client relationship management for understanding requirements and resolving feedback.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to do quality checks, review, edits.
  • Ability to manage teams across different verticals and get the job done
