Job Description

You will be joining our team as a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of key clients, cultivating new business opportunities within existing clients, and actively seeking out new sales prospects. As the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing agreements to maximize profits, and developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Your role will involve ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. You will be expected to effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting and tracking key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant position in B2B sales. You must possess the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, along with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, is essential. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field. Having strong verbal and written communication skills will be crucial for success in this role.,
