Client Servicing Manager

At MOLOG, our senior client servicing manager is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and project success. In this role, you will manage client projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to understand their needs and lead the execution of effective digital marketing strategies. Your expertise in project management, client relationship building, and digital marketing will be key to driving engagement and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client account management: Oversee client accounts and projects, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
2. Primary client contact: Serve as the main liaison for clients, nurturing strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.3. Project coordination: Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.4. Campaign development and execution: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns tailored to drive engagement and achieve measurable results.5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution and seamless communication.6. Performance analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide clients with comprehensive reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.7. Industry insight: Stay updated on industry trends.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
