Job Title: Client Servicing Manager
Location: Mumbai

We at Akar Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager with a strong grasp of 360° advertising, branding, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will lead client relationships, manage servicing teams, and ensure strategic excellence in every campaign — from brief to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-driven thinking.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs..
• Ability to manage project budgets, monitor spending, and understand basic P&L requirements.
• Monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial constraints.
• Coordinate with creative, design, strategy, and digital teams for timely output
• Mentor client servicing executives and oversee their performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow existing accounts..

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns for PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) & Government clients.
• Strong understanding of 360° marketing in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media & Branding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Good communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Good to Have:

Experience leading integrated campaign planning and execution. Familiarity with digital analytics, reporting, and performance tracking. Strong negotiation and client retention skills.
