About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Manager with strong experience in handling 360° campaigns, including digital, print, and events. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating creative and production teams, and ensuring seamless execution across ATL, BTL, and event activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact, manage day-to-day client communication and understand campaign requirements.
• Lead execution of 360° campaigns across digital assets, print collaterals, event setups, and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate with creative, content, media, production, and event teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Prepare impactful presentations, pitches, briefs, timelines, and reports, and confidently deliver them to clients.
• Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all platforms.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee event planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution when required.
• Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency & events experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital, print, Events (ATL/BTL), and event operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure timelines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
