Conduct weekly research on market trends, competitors, and social media insights for assigned brands.
Assist in preparing brainstorming notes and reference decks for creative discussions.
Support idea generation for engagement activities, campaigns, and content buckets.
Client coordination assistance
Prepare call summaries, follow-up notes, and daily updates to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Maintain and update client trackers, communication logs, and feedback documentation.
Provide strategic insights during client interactions, meetings, and review cycles.
Reporting & documentation
Assist in collating monthly performance reports, insight decks, and analytics summaries.
Maintain updated folders with briefs, assets, reports, and approvals.
Manage incident logs and monthly issue reports.
Administrative & project support
Coordinate with design, copy, performance, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Support scheduling of internal and client meetings, managing calendars, and updating project sheets.
Assist in pitch presentations, research, and documentation as part of new business efforts.
AI & productivity tools
Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to support research, content drafts, and presentation outlines.
Use CRM or workflow tools to boost efficiency
Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables through dashboards or internal tools.
