Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their branding and advertising objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes. • Translate client briefs into clear instructions for the creative and strategy teams. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are developed and executed to the highest standards and within deadlines. • Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments. • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide clients with regular updates and reports. • Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage. • Stay updated with the latest trends in advertising and branding to provide innovative solutions to clients. • Participate in pitches and business development activities, showcasing our agency's capabilities to potential clients. Qualifications : • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proven experience in advertising, branding, or a related client servicing role. • Strong understanding of the advertising and branding landscape, including digital and traditional platforms. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proficiency in using advertising and project management tools. • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work well with internal teams and external clients. • Analytical skills to interpret branding and advertising metrics and provide actionable insights.
