Your day-to-day

* 🤝 Own the relationship – Become the single point of contact for 10–12 retainer clients; translate business goals into actionable briefs.

* 🏈 Project quarterback – Scope, plan, strategise, schedule and track campaigns across creative, media and tech teams. Use Monday/Jira to keep everything moving.

* 📊 Numbers & narrative – Pull weekly performance dashboards (GA4, Meta Ads, Shopify), tease out insights and present crisp recommendations that move KPIs.

* 📝 Brief to billing – Prepare SOWs, manage change requests, track burn reports and ensure invoices go out on time.

* 📈 Upsell with empathy – Spot white-space opportunities, pitch add-on projects and help hit quarterly revenue targets.

* 🧘 Calm the chaos – De-escalate issues, align stakeholders and keep feedback loops tight and positive.


What you’ll bring

* 2–3 years in a digital agency or brand-side account role handling multi-channel campaigns.

* Working knowledge of paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and creative workflows.

* Strong command of decks & data: PowerPoint / Canva proficiency plus comfort in Excel/Sheets pivot tables.

* Clear, confident communication; you can run a status call and a C-suite presentation with equal poise.

* Ability to juggle deadlines, personalities and last-minute curveballs without dropping the ball.

* Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or quick-commerce brands.


What success looks like after 6 months

* 95% client retention across your pod.

* At least two upsell wins worth ₹3L+ combined.

* Zero missed deadlines and clean, audit-ready project documentation.
