We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, strong client relationships, and measurable success in campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements, business goals, and translate them into actionable briefs for creative and digital teams.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, content, video, media buying) to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
Manage day-to-day client communication, feedback, and approvals.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
Monitor ongoing campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.
Build long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and proactive service.
Support in identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling agency services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in an advertising/digital agency).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and creative processes.
Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and campaign tracking tools.
Presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas confidently.
